Account the expensive of the using shearing disk of TBM machine in excavation of stiff stone

Abstract:

Using of the machine in constructing the tunnel is improved every day and are important. Improving of designing the excavated machine is need to knowing the factors that are effective in mechanical shearing of stone. One of the successful reasons for using excavation machine is good designing and estimating of design speed, This kind of designing need to perfect studies and of earth condition and geometry properties of shearing instruments. Excavation disks are shearing instruments that are used in the machine that are used for excavated of the tunnel, This kind of machine with making use of the suitable classifying have a high speed. In this paper in the first we survey the shearing disks and effective factors in erosion and the way of accounting the range of them. In the end for an example they survey on the range of expenses of GHAMROOD tunnel.
