Abstract:

water transfer of GHOLAB tunnel is for transferring the water to KASHAN from the ZAYANDEH ROOD DAM that the length of that is 10358 meter and the diameter of excavation is 3.65 meter and slide of 1to 1000, this research are done for appointment of better thickness of concrete cover and the need bars in the FILIT weak rock mass. Rock mass that are used in the way of the tunnel are consist of the: FILIT, LIMETINE, MIKA, SHIST, KONGLOMERA, IGNEOUS ROCK and SANDY ROCK. With looking at the kindness of the rocks and maximize the speeding the construction procedure of tunnel using the mechanical instrument for excavation with the double sheet pile is suitable. With making use of the convergence method maximum deformation in FILIT rock are accounted and the other rocks have elastic monitoring. And for accuracy analysis of interaction between rock and concrete cover they use FLAC software. In sheet pile system erecting of the concrete lining is done after excavation. In the results with looking at the some cinder and weak categories of FILIT rock many strains are done in inside of cover that for controlling and decreasing of hat we need to having a high excavation technology in this way the thickness of that are decreased from 60 cm to 20 cm.
