Surveying the effect of geology and geophysical parameter on the outputs of road header

Abstract:

Using the road header in excavation the rocks in the tunnels has some problems because of this accuracy equivalent of geology condition and geo mechanical properties of rock mass for estimating the excavation and erosion of drill is important. In each projects for choosing the suitable road header they must do researching for estimating the outputs of excavation and erosion of equipments and expensive of the operation of machine but kind the geology parameter and un estimation changing of rock mass in the way of tunnel is the reason of decreasing the outputs and ending excavation. Some of these reasons are considered of: sudden changing in rock mass, period of stiff and soft layers, maximum percentage of KOARTZ in the rock and basement water. In this paper with getting results of internal and external projects the parameter of the road header output that it need are surveyed.
