Abstract:

The kind of GHATOOND DAM is rock fill with clayey core that with capacity of 1000 MW are constructed on KAROON dam. Water intake system of power plant with up and down water transfer tunnel are under pressure well and buffer bowser and propping of them that are the instruments of dams are important. Aim of this research is analysis the water transferring stability and estimating the propping of them in the time of excavation of these structures. Rock mass of the left of structures are assessment with the famous methods of rock engineering and estimating of propping. The propping system of experimental method is surveyed with the propping curve of the earth and the primary cover are gave for them. After that with using the UDEC software the numerical analysis of tunnel section are done. And propping system with the bolt with the length of 3 meter with distance of 2.5)2.5 and shot create with The width the 10 cm are gave.
