Abstract:

According to the limited fossil energy resources, renewable energies sources are increasingly used these days. A new line in the case of hydraulic power stations is touse hydroelectric pumped storage power plant. In these stations the needs of power system in the peak hours provide with water-storage in the upstream reservoirs. As aresult of this method confidence of the stability of the power networks is provided to agreat extent.This article introduces a new strategy to constructing a hydroelectric pumped storage power plant as a safe energy source for a special power system by taking requiredenergy from the seabed in this station
