Abstract:

There are 130 definitions along with consideration of Glantz's studies.In this case, I investigate the causes, mechanism, creation, consequences, impacts of the disaster related to soil in arid, semi - arid and sub - humid ecosystems and also their risks. Desertification is the cause of environmental crises: (1) qualitative degradation with irreversible elimination of some vegetatios .(29 quantitative degradation i with dry up of complete water table and (3) soil degradation by water and wind erosion processes. I study the climatic fluctuation and change of the Sahelian zone another parts of the world. I finally start and compare two case studies in this paper: a) Some parts of the southern plains of Alborz ranges b) A desert region in Djibouti.
