Abstract:

Modeling has the most perspective on the atmospheric phenomenon to manifest changes occurred on the atmospheric elements. Inspire of this matter the skalogram model is utilized in economic cases but since this model categorizes the factors according to the relationship between mean and standard deviation it could be in a practical manner in natural world studies especially in climatology. Since the drought is caused by deferent factors so whichever is able to affect on the intensity of this phenomenon and can cause to decrease or increase its challenges and troubles so in this article the perpose is to determine severity of drought in relation with different atmospheric factors and also classifies the statistical years according to rate and intensity of challenges created by drought. In the model ten elements of the atmosphere like: (precipitation's, mean of temperature, mean of humidity.. .) are being. Thus for this purpose, raw data have been utilized from the Shahrekord synoptic station and the years mentioned are categorized according to the rate of their climatic changes and also the challenges arisen fiom these changes based on atmospheric factors. This model offers categorizations of statistical years to distinguish the rate of drought intensity. It can always be observed that the less rainy years is not always necessarily associated with the most intensity drought and that the hnction of other factors in this case would be equal to precipitation element. The conclusion of this study for Shahrekord synoptic station in a decade period between 1991 - 2001 represent that the most intense drought had occurred in 1999 and the most humid year was 1991.
