Abstract:

Underground water tables in Hamedan Northern Plains have been faced by severity and disaster shortage during last years (Second half decade of 1991). Drought has caused the water deficit of springs and wells region. Drought high intensity and consequently has happened in the whole of country with this coincidentally phenomena. Since water requirement of agriculture, economic and drinking depends on underground water resources, hence the intensity of decreasing water table caused the disturbance and crisis existence of drinking water in village and agricultural region. If has been forbidden the development of underground waters but in second half of 1991 there was a on the progressive increase because of variations and climatic element anomaly on water resources region. Atmospheric precipitation's deficit and sensitive temperature changing of precipitation type from snow to rainfall during cold season in recent years and it has gradually been decreasing and sometimes very fast underground water tables in northern Hamedan Plain. This research has been done by using GIs Technique Analysis Capacity and SPSS, STATIGRAPH introducing the research results drought ease study during 77-78, 78-79 on underground water in Hamedan Northern Plains.
