Safety instructions of civil and mining excavations

Abstract:

Excavations are among the high risk working places, all over the world. Preparation of suitable instructions and standards, as wll as training of the personnel , have been proved to be the best ways of reducing the risk I excavations . The present article is the first darft of a suggested instruction for safety in open mining and civil excavations .These safety instructions should be considered by employers , consultants, contractors and their personnel , suppliers , designers, inspectors and all others who are dealing with an excavation or are affected by the excavation processes, machinery nd equipment.
