Abstract:

Nowadaus safety is one of the important subjects in industry . Also the successful organizations in business tend to maintain high standards of health and safety at work . Safety demands the development of efficient rnanagenlent system and a better understnding of safety principres to guide the managers It requires manage ment to mark informed decisions in order to meet acceptable criteria. A safety manager must know about safety culture and safety engineering technics . A good safety manager understands the problems and makes fundamental decisions in order to solve them . Some of the technical methods are : safety audits , docuinantation of safety actions , record keeping ,FMEA ,HAZOP , . . . . . safety manager fulfills .them to identify Hazards and control the safety level of his/ her organization .
