Abstract:

Nowadays the application of blasting in mining and construction projects is inevitable . It should be noted that the safety is the first point which should be established between the type of explosive and the nature of the work. .. this can be considered in drilling , blasting pattern , environmental condition , charging ete . controlled blasting of old buildings, chimney and other structures calls for special attention . Since this constructions are located in the residential areas , special safety measures ally . In this paper the safety measures in blasting in general and safety in construction blasting to together with a case study is presented.
