In this Paper A Recview of the Accident in iran Ore Mine Liocated in langde Germany is presented. In this Mine After A brcekage in the Base Of Sewer. Pool. Approximatly 60.000 Cubic Meters out of total 100.000 Cubic Meters Reserves Entered the mining. Network and resulted in death of 29 and loss of 14 workers out of 128 in that shift.
