Abstract:

At this paper was study and investigation accidences of industrial Site in Chador Malu mine in the years 1377 to 1383. At this paper investigation relationship between hours work,shifts work,mounths work, place work,age,employment year,members accidence with accident, with respect to curves was reported results and suggests for example results is : the reason of more accident is no attention . the personal in each year and employment year can be happen accident and experiment and skillful can not be prevent of accident. The more members of accident is hand and foot this matter show sensivity of thoese members. Therefore after find root and reason is necessary more attention and safety for this member for reduce accident. Should be effort the observation necessary safety minds the personal for realationship more work and lower accident to obtain maximum efficiency.
