Abstract:

Mines and related units are of most important social structures nowadays. Considering the number of people working in this area, one of the required concerns of management of such places is providing the safety of their staff from health and hazard point of 'view through prevention of incidents and analysis of the incidents occurred, The authors of this paper have selected the coal mine ventilation as the first step of mine management requirements and have proposed ventilation management software for this purpose, The proposed management tool provides the possibility of air grading, data storage, predicting unwanted events like methane exploding and coal instantaneous combustion. The software processes the data and issues required orders if needed. The data are stored in data base of the code by the operator after they are provided in completed check lists in the field. Finally, the analyzed data are made available to the users as tables, graphs and executive commands. The proposed software is provided using "Delphi" language and also "SQL server*' and "Dot Net" have been utilized for completion of some section of the code.
