Abstract:

In this paper the accident that have accrued at venarch manganese mine between the years 1379 to 1383 have been investigated statistically Obviously this accident definition is the main factor to reoccurrence prevention Frequency rate , severity rate and incidence rate have been calculated and type, cause , time and place of accident have been investigated statistically. Concerning to these studies, maximum accident were occurred In 1381 with Frequency rate of 1725. Types of accidents are mainly people and objects fall and owing to imprudence and disregard of safety Principles. This accidence mostly has occurred in piroozi hole at two shifts works a day (Iand2). Finally concerning to these results, were suggested ways to decrease accident numbers, and safety improvement and prevention of foreseeable accident at venarch manganese mine.
