The survey on sources of stress as perceived by worker coal mines of Kerman Province and prevention ways .

Abstract:

The topic of stress and its on an organization and capability has been of the main topics in the field of management of organizational behavior. Identification of sources of occupational stress will be helpful as a mean to improve stress management or to omit stress . This study was carried out sources of occupational and prevention on 465 working coal mine were selected through stratified random sampling method in September- December 200 4. Its purpose was to determine individual, jab stress and behavioral responses . the data was acquired by question naires and then processed and analyzed by descriptive - deductive statistics. The results of the mine showed that is the most rate stressors was of work injuries (%68/8) and relation ship between the occupational stress and economic and behavioral responses (p< 0/05). There was relation ship between the job stress and their behavioral responses like fatigue after working hours and an inclination to quit the job was detected and because of the inevitability of some stressor in worker coal mine and also the necessity for their prevention all managers of hygienic organizations should think about ways of improving job environments and educate employees about coping techniques and providing welfare for workers
