چکیده مقاله:
This study examined the relationship between transformational leadership style and creativity of staff to evaluate the effect of market orientation on business performance capabilities with a population of 600 according to Competitive Strategy Manager in Corporate carpet Kashan city has given the formula for sample size and sample size of 234 was calculated. According to the questionnaire required and the variables were adjusted to subject the validity of confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm that shows the validity of the questionnaire was appropriate. The reliability of the questionnaire was also examined and approved. In order to analyze information gathered from both descriptive and inferential statistics were used and use the software LISREL 8.5 and SPSS 23 to analyze the data was discussed and then to establish the measurement model fitting and acceptable, confirmatory factor analysis Using LISREL software, and the effects of competitive strategies on business performance was not confirmed. Finally, according to the analysis conducted , the data and conclusions and proposals discussed
