چکیده مقاله:

In the most engineering processes, the Mass and heat transfer phenomena are an integral part. Convective heat and mass transfer take place both by diffusion and advection in which matter or heat is transported by the larger-scale motion of currents in the fluid. In this paper, experimental study of convection in the two phenomena have been investigated. In fact, regardless of the Research of this paper, the heat transfer and its various aspects have been analyzed. Taken together, the different theories, analytical articles and achievements and strategies. In the diagram, the relationship between heat and mass transfer have been achieved as well as the expression. The figure, which will be mentioned, is derived from the application of a heat transfer process has been investigated using PYTHON program, in addition, examined and achieved by writing the same codes in MATLAB. The results literally were the same. Also it can be replaced by existing code written in traditional compiled languages such as C++, FLUENT or any other application that has the aspect of fluids. A survey conducted for this study, represents the effect of process parameters, the changes were due to a heat source such as a rod and listed parameters, temperature and air flow will continue to have a greater impact on the incidence of that.
