EVALUATING POWER PLANT EFFICIENCY: NON DISCORETIONARY FACTORS AND WEIGHT RESTARICTIONS

This paper is about the operation of DEA models to determine efficiency of electric power plants. In evaluating power plants there are some non discretionary factors that their models is presented. Moreover managements views also put in model by weight restrictions. Finally we present the target for each power plant using Full Set of Unobserved DMUs.
