چکیده مقاله:

The single most important contribution education can make to a child's development is to help him towards a field where his talents best suit him, where he will be satisfied and competent. We should spend less time ranking children and more time helping them to identify their natural competencies and gifts and cultivate those (Gardner 1999). Nowadays, Information communication technology (ICT) plays a significant role in different areas of individual and social life of people and especially in education. Because ICT promises a progressive transition in different fields of human life, and prepares the next generation for an active presence and a suitable interaction with their future society (Hepp et al. 2004). On the other hand, ICT has led to a fall in expenses, an increase in profitability, efficiency, competition and development in all fields of human life (Samimi&Arab 2011). The theory of multiple intelligences can be used as a basis for the selection of information and communication technology for use in the classroom or a computer lab at school (Haji Hussein Nejad, 2011). Integrating multiple intelligences and ICT and its use in the classroom is particularly important. So, the current study tried to find a connection between multiple intelligences and ICT in vocational education schools in Shiraz, Iran.
