Segmentation of MRI Brain Tissue using Improved FCM Clustering with Jaya Algorithm

FCM algorithm has a great performance onnormal brains but this algorithm only takes care to pixelsintensity and does not consider their position or neighborhoodproperties.Different source reduces performance of traditionalFCM for segmentation.In this paper ,we proposed an algorithmbased on combining FCM and Jaya algorithm.The simulationresults show the effectiveness of proposed method in impressivecomputation of unknown parameters and robustness toward thenoise.
