چکیده مقاله:

The C4ISR Systems provide situational awareness about operational environment and provide battlefield information for commander to make decision to achieve the missions. It is important in combat system which component has effective operation role, and what integration of complex system as an effective is the key to the war. We propose a methodology for evaluation effectiveness of C4ISR components. The evaluation is based onfinding the various weights of components such as command& control, communication, computers, system integration, space-based, airborne, ground-based, and seaborne ISR. The methodology is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP has been applied in variety of decision making such as choice-selection,prioritization/evaluation and resource allocation. The mathematical can help in evaluating combat outcomes. AHP measurement becomes all the more important at the strategic decision making level in war or conflict situations. When comparing components at strategic level; a decision maker can evaluate capability of its forces with respect to the capabilities of its adversaries. Different C4ISR components such as C4, ISR, and SI had beenevaluated and compared using AHP. Finally it is used for evaluation of C4ISR capabilities of four opposing countries. For our evaluation, CR is 2.66 %< 10%, thus the inconsistency is acceptable. The measurement; weight of each components; can help decision making in combat system.
