چکیده مقاله:

شاید هیچ نوآوری در قر بیستم همچون رشد و پیشرفت تکنولوژی های رسانه ای اینرتنت ماهواره انواع وسایل ارتباطی و. چنی امکانات گسترده ای را برای اثر گذاشتن بر تغییر و دگرگونی زندگی افراد به ارمغان نیاورده باشد با نگاهی دقیق به رویدادها در می یابیم که این ابزارها ممکنه بر زندگی ما اثر بگذرد از یک سو استفاده ی بیش از حد از اینترنت موبایل و.. به عنوان نوعی اعتیاد در نظر گرفته می شود. با توجه به یافته های به دست امده از پژوهش ارتباط مثبتی بین فناوری های ارتباطی و رشد فیزیکی نوجوانان در کنار سایر عوامل تغذیه و فعالیت جسمانی وجود دارد با توجه به یافته ها اکثر دانش آموزان از رشد قدی ووزنی طبیعی و مناسبی برخورداند واز طرفی میزان استفاده اکثرانان از فناوری های رسانه ای در حد معمول می باشد.
