چکیده مقاله:

مقولهی توسعهی شهری پایدار در سالهای اخیر به عنوان موضوع مهم علمی در کلیهی جوامع مطرح بوده و بخش وسیعی از ادبیات توسعهی شهری را به خود اختصاص داده است. در این راستا، ابعاد مختلف توسعهی پایدار از زوایای متفاوت، مورد بررسی، تجزیه وتحلیل و ارزیابی قرار گرفته و در قالب دیدگاههای مختلف راهکارهایی نیز اندیشیده شده است. با اینحال این بحث در مدیریت پروژه که خود علم جدیدی در کشور ما بهشمار میرود، کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تحقق اهداف توسعهی پایدار در پروژهها نیازمند آشنایی و بینش جامع طراحان، مهندسین و بویژه مدیران پروژه است تا بتوانند با درایت و آگاهی لازم زمینهی اجرای این اصول را درکشور فراهم سازند. نوشتار حاضر به بررسی دیدگاههای جهانی نهادها و صاحب نظران پرداخته و تعاریف، مفاهیم و مبانی توسعه شهری پایدار و راهبردهای ارائه شده جهت اجرای این اصول در پروژهها را مورد تحلیل قرار میدهد . در این مقاله سعی میشود پس از مروری بر مفاهیم و اصول پایداری و اهمیت موضوع مورد مطالعه، مدیریت پروژه از منظر پروژههای پایداری مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و نکات لازم در این پروژهها بیان شود
