Political behavior are those activities that are not required as part of a formal role in the organization, However they impose their leverage in distribution of benefits and short comings within organizations. In other words, political behavior are those activities which try to achieve the best for individual by using the power in which situation that uncertainty and disagreement about choices exist.In this context, there are different interpretations of the policies of the organization, But what is considered by many scholars in the field of organizational behavior is that political behavior is not only inherently adverse but it can also be useful for members of an organization.
