چکیده مقاله:

Anodization process was utilized to produce TiO2 nanotubes. The process was done in a two-electrode cell containing of platinum sheet as the cathode electrode. Two solutions were prepared; a phosphate-base electrolyte and a sulphate-base electrolyte both containing of fluorine ions in doubly distilled water Current transient techniques were used to produce the TiO2 nanotubes and study the mechanism of the anodic oxidation in both solutions. It was revealed that anodization in so-called electrolytes would end up to nano-tubular structure. The effect of oxidizing agents on the regularity of these nano-tubular structures was briefly discussed. It was shown that the tubular structures formed in phosphate-base solution were more regular than those formed in sulphate-base solutionThe results were also confirmed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) images.
