In this paper, we use fuzzy Petri net to propose a secure routing protocol. It first, simulates each real network as a fuzzy Petri net structure. In this form, the nodes and the link connecting them transfigured to places and transition respectively. For each packet delivery or firing each transition, weuse a type of node to node fuzzy security verification. This inference uses four fuzzy variables with three fuzzy sets. The variables have been selected to well represent the malicious behavior of some public attacks. In addition, a through route security verification has been used for each candidate path through source node to destination. This is used for selecting the most secure route. Both of these verifications utilize fuzzy Petri net inherent features for their operation. The proposed protocol has been simulated in Glomosim environment modifying the AODV routing protocol. Also its performance is valuated versus natural AODV in the case of packet delivery ratio, end to end delay, and average security level of the nodes
