Hence,Color qualities as the most imporrtant visual elementis studied and also we will check the function of this visual element in markingsecret relation ship and transfer massage in element.Each element is a symboland each symbol states message that its continuity is its mood expression.As likeas word,Which have new meaning with different moods,Moods,the color havealso this usage.In this research,In addition to the defenition and specification ofcolor,Element and coloreffect on meaning and concept of element, We studysome guildines and solutions in color impressibility in concept expression of urbanelement.
