Industrial Cluster Development Policies (ICDP): Evaluation with DEA

Industrial Cluster Development Policies (ICDPs) are the key organizational unit for understanding and improving the performance of regional economies. The DEAICDP model measures meso-economic and economic efficiency of each ICDP through a comparison process and an overall evaluation of the ICDPs investigate. It also identifies the benchmarking units for inefficient cluster development projects as a guide for improving their performance. To clarify the approach, an example of Iran ICDPs is adopted for illustration.
