Today the consensus of the economic expertise and analysts, believes that the defective structure of the global banking system in America, are being the main origin of the outbreak of crisis in the world economy ,and has been creating the favorable environment for the attention and fortuity to the Islamic banking system, So that by growing of the Islamic economic market in the Islamic and western countries, many of the banks are attempting to homologies the financial and economic charities with the Islam religious basis, so that ,in addition to more absorption of the customer can devote the sharing of this growing market to themselves. Equivalent to the increase of the bank's request in order to joining to the financial market of the Islamic development (expansion), the Islamic banking has developed in all over the world and this issue has been facilitate using of the bank's facilities and the Islamic financial regulations(laws).Indeed, the Islamic marketing ethical principles are the combination of the Islamic values with the principles of equality and justice for the welfare of the society. The adherence of the Islamic ethical principles in the Islamic banking industry can helps to promote and enhance of the behavior and the living standards of the bankers and customers.In a marketing environment with very rapid changes, the importance of necessity to the customer-oriented has been as today as never. Nowadays, the customers demand is increasingly more and more, the customer-oriented, too, is not enough. The Islamic banks and especial the staff who are in contact with the customers, should the client's view, are enjoying the Islamic behavior and attitude. This paper has been conducting the studies in the context of the analysis the role of the sale behavior of the Islamic ethical principles, as the Islamic banks of customers are asking for.
