چکیده مقاله:
Nowadays, energy is one of the most influencing factors in human’s life and even relationship between countries. Pollutions causing by conventional fossil fuels and their limited sources, obligated countries to manage their energy sources and add renewable energies to their energy cart. Buildings are one of the biggest consumers of energy in each country. Energy auditing is one of the keys to develop energy management programs and increase the energy efficiency. In the other hand, standalone renewable energies (Solar collectors, photovoltaic panels, roof mounted wind turbines and etc.) offer a great amount of free energy for most countries of the world. By combining energy auditing and utilizationof renewable energies for buildings, energy management will be easier, and the necessity of fossil fuels power plants will be turned down. The purpose of this study is the energy auditing of a building in Tehran, located at Karim Khan Avenue and the feasibility study of utilization of solar energy for the desired building. A brief visit from powerhouse of the building indicated that, by using a simple timer for pumps and burners, an initial energy management can be conducted. Then according to building plan, heating and cooling loads are calculated and they are compared with the capacity of the installed equipment. In the final stage the feasibility of solar energy utilization is being studied and they are optimized bymodern and new Meta heuristic algorithm, known as firefly algorithm.
