Effect of bioceramic nanoparticles on the removal of heavy metalsfrom industrial wastewater

چکیده مقاله:

One of materials on the treatment and removal of heavy metals from industrial wastewater ishydroxyapatite nanoparticles was examined in this research. The aim of this study was to separate and remove these poisonous substances from industrial wastewaters. To this end, hydroxyapatite powder was synthesized with sol-gel method in nanometric dimensions, and hydrated calcium nitrate and triethylphosphite (P(OEt) ) were used as precursors in ethanol. Structural changes, powder 3morphology and the shape of granules were assessed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared ....prepared by chemical precipitation were also determined by BET and particle size analyzer, respectively. For this experiment, hydroxyapatite nanoparticles were added to the solution and mixedunder certain conditions and at appropriate times. The results of this study were evaluated before and after treatment by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotomet (AAS). After the addition of hydroxyapatite,+2respectively. +2Cd and Pb ion concentrations of the solution decreased to 507 ppm and less than 2 ppm
