چکیده مقاله:

این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه رفتار مدنی سازمانی وهوش هیجانی با درگیری شغلی کارکنان دو سازمان پرداخته است. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع همبستگیاست. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان رسمی، پیمانی و قراردادی کمیته امداد و سازمان هلال احمر شهرستان بوشهر بود.که تعداد آنها 250 نفر بود و از بین آنها150 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شد.در این تحقیق برای سنجش رفتار مدنی-سازمانی از پرسشنامه پودساکف و همکاران (1990)، جهت سنجش هوش هیجانی از مقیاس شوت و همکاران (1990) و نیز از پرسشنامه درگیری شغلی توماس لاداهل وکنجر برای اندازه گیری درگیری شغلیکارکنان استفاده گردید. . نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین رفتار مدنی سازمانی و هوش هیجانی با درگیری شغلی کارکنان رابطه مثبت معنی دار وجود دارد.همچنین بین هوش هیجانی و رفتارمدنی-سازمانی رابطه مثبت نی دار به دست آمد. رفتار مدنی- سازمانی و هوش هیجانی پیش ببنی کننده معنی دار برای درگیری شغلی می باشد.
