چکیده مقاله:

دردهه های اخیر و بخصوص درسالهای اغازین قرن بیست و یکم درهم پیچیدگی عوامل فن آورانه نوین به خصوص درحوزه فن آوریهای اطلاعاتی ـ ارتباطی رسانه ای و حمل ونقلی با ساختارپیشین شهر موجب شده تادرطی یک فرایندتکاملی ماهیت سلسله مراتبی و تک سطحی سنتی به شبکه های مرکب و چندسطحی جدید درشهر بدل شوند بدیهی است که تغییر برخی ماهیت های فضا ـزمانی و ورود مفاهیمی نو به عرصه حیات شهری موجب خلق وضعیت های جدیدی درشهر و ابعادماهوی آن میشود لذا شناخت مکانیزم های تحول درجهت هدایت توسعه آینده و اجیادیک نظام شهری متعادل و پایدار بسیارحائزاهمیت استدراین پژوهش تلاش شده تا با بررسی و تحلیل متون نظری و پژوهشی مهم دراین حوزه با رویکرد کتابخانه ای ـ تحلیلی محورها و ساحتهای اصلی و مکانیزم های دگرگونی شهرها دربستر تحولات فن آورانه اخیر درحوزه اطلاعات و ارتباطات روشن شود برای این منظور ابتدا متون نظریه ای و فرانظریه ای فلسفی و پس ازآن پژوهشهای میدانی و گزارشات مربوط به اثرات اخیر و آتی فن آوریهای اطلاعاتی ـ ارتباطی برشهر و حیات شهری بیش از70عنوان مقاله و کتاب به طور مستقیم و درحدود 150 اثربدون ارجاع مستقیم مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرارگرفتند پس ازآن اشارات مختلف متونبه تاثیرات مذکور بنا به موضوع و معنای مورد دلالت دسته بندی شدند و درنهایت کلیه زمینه های تحول شهر و حیات شهری بایک سنتز دیالکتیک و تحلیل درپنج گروه عمده قلمرو زدایی /بازقلمروبندی مافوق اتصال پذیری و فشردگی های شبکه تحول معنای حضور ایجادشهرهای هوشمند تغییر فرم شهر صورت بندی وتعیین شدند
