The research was conducted at privatelanguage institutes in Marand, Iran. A total number of 42 teachers and 104 students, who wereselected randomly, participated in this study. Two different questionnaires were used in orderto investigate teachers and learners’ preferences for error correction: one is a questionnaire forstudents, and the other is for teachers.
