چکیده مقاله:

Objective: This study carried out to determine the level of Aflatoxin B1 and total in some important ingredients of rainbow trout feeds using ELISA method. Method & Materials: 48 samples including wheat, corn, fish meal and soybean were collected during spring and summer 2007. Samples were obtained from six fish food producing center and were analyzing by ELIZA method. Results & Conclusion: The results show that corn and fish meal whit the average of 32.5 and 23.9 μg/kg had the highest rate of Aflatoxin total and soybean had the lowest rate (8.4 μg/kg). Aflatoxin B1 level in corn and fish meal was 21.8 and 20.7 μg/kg, respectively. Those were out of standard range. Aflatoxin contamination in corn samples was higher than other ingredients in both spring and summer and it showed statistical difference. Aflatoxin level in wheat in spring and summer showed a statistical difference (p = 0.011) but there was no statistical difference between other ingredients. Comparing study of food producing factories showed that Aflatoxin total is above normal range in stored corn and fish meal factories 2 and 3 and it is on border line for factories and 4 which can be related to the management policies of the factories.
