Effects of malathion pesticide on liver and kidney of gold fish (Carassius auratus)

Objective: To conduct a survey on effects of malathion on the liver and kidney of gold fish; in order to test this hypothesis that malathion can affect vital organs of fish Method & Materials: Variable (s) (dependent, independent, control): Malathion dozes (0/1, 0/01, 0/001 ppm) and control Group; Statistical population, sampling procedure and their numbers: Four glass aquaria per aquaria with 6 gold fish; Design: Experimental & study; Statistical analysis: Direct observation and quality study. Results & Conclusion: In Liver, hyperthrophy and hyperplasia on the Hepatocytes and degeneration of kidney tube of gold fish (Carassius auratus)
