چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational health on affective organizational commitment and also how this relation differs according to the demographic variables like age, gender and years of experience in a population of 1111 staff in. Survey respondents include 282 employees fromthe Sharif University of Technology (SUT) in 2112, Iran that were selected by simple random sampling method. In order to conduct this research, a standard questionnaire was used including 32 questions as well as the SPSS software in order to analyze the data. This research revealed that OH and affective organizational commitment are strongly related and this relationship is stronger in females than males. Moreover, it is stronger for the staff falling in the age range of 31-01 than other ages and higher correlation was observed between the two variables for the staff that have over 21 years of experience in comparison with other ranges of years of experience. Discussion and implications of results are presented in the study
