A Fully Integrated Linear CMOS Power Amplifier with High Output Power and Dynamic Range for WiMAX Application

A fully integrated 2.4 GHz power amplifier with high output power in a standard 0.18 µm CMOS process for WiMAX application is presented. For increasing linearity and efficiency, a application is presented. For increasing linearity and efficiency, a application is presented. For increasing linearity and efficiency a parallel cascade class A&B power amplifier is used a new interleaved PCT power combiner is proposed for increasing out put power that combines output current of two similar power amplifier the proposed power amplifier with 3.3 v power supply provides maximum output power of 32.5 dbm and power added efficiency of 37.9% at 2.4 GHZ operating frequency
