7 to 2 Compressor Design and Simulation Using 3 to 2 Blocks Based on Carbon Nanotube Transistors

Carbon nanotubes are of great attentions for researchers due to their remarkable electronic, mechanical, optical and chemical properties. This paper aims at proposing a novel model of 7:2 compressors based on three-transistor XOR gates. Utilizing these gates results in system overall efficiency. In addition to the gates, multiplexers are also used to enhance time speed in critical routes. Finally, circuits and simulation results are analyzed by HSPICE.
