خلاصه مقاله:
Most of energy utility companies are use some sorts of management automation system; however, they should improve their automation systems in order to meet changing requirements of new liberalized energy market and according to innovations in information technology (IT). Architectural design of the utility management automation (UMA) system requires proper selection of IT choices for UMA system, which leads to multi-criteria decisionmaking problems. In response to this requirement, this paper presents a model-based design methodology. The proposed design method is formulated and implemented to feeder reconfiguration function (FRF), one of the UMA functions, for a test distribution system. The results of the implementation are depicted and described; then, the results are comparatively discussed at the end.
