چکیده مقاله:

Solar energy is a green, renewable source of power; it can be harnessed through a variety of methods. Solar water heating is one of the most successful applications of solar thermal technologies. It provides environmentally clean energy and has enormous potential within domestic and industrial sectors. Solar water heaters are categorized into three main types: thermosyphon, built-in-storage, and forced circulation. In this article an out-door shower unit design is presented which works through solar energy system. The product combines solar water heating system and solar electric system to achieve highly efficient output. The applied water heating system is the solar flat collector, forced circulation system which ensures maximum performance with minimum cost. The water reuse system is also applied into the design to achieve a green, energy saving product. Through the named technologies, the product saves up to 80% on both water and energy. Its high efficiency makes it a suitable alternative in different areas.
