Simultaneous Optimization of Pistachios Internal and External Trade in Iran

Iran is the largest producer and exporter of pistachios in the world and decisions to all stages of this Product include production, processing, transportation and exports are very important.Pistachios transportation method in Iran is inefficient and has a great cost to the community. Therefore effort to reduce transportation costs is essential element. This study tried to offering the suitable transportation model to reduce the pistachios transportation cost and increase theexports incomes. Overall results showed that using of this transportation model reduced of the transportation cost in Iran (about 66 percentages).
