A study on evaluation of the effective factors in supply chain risk management of manufacturing units via Fuzzy VIKOR approach (A case study)

چکیده مقاله:

In today's commercial world, having an efficient and effective supply chain has attracted the attention of so many employers in different sectors as an important competitive privilege. On the other hand the existing risks and disorders in the supply chain have faced the activists in this area with a big challenge. The purpose of the present research is to identify the important and effective factors in supply chain risk management of the manufacturing units and then evaluation of factors using fuzzy extension of VIKOR technique. In the present research, 9 experts in supply chain risk management field were selected as the jury committee. Initially using Delphi technique, we select several important and key factors and then we rank the factors using fuzzy VIKOR technique. The results of the study in the first stage were choosing 23 important factors among tall the elementary identified factors. In the next stage, the factors will be evaluated and an arbitrary solution including three factors (low quality level of the manufactured product, low quality of the raw material and break down of the machines) will be introduced as the most important factors.
