The Impact of Specific Recall Training on Self-Esteem in Women with Postpartum Depression

This study was aimed to investigate the impact of specific recall training on self-steem in women with postpartum depression. Method: For this purpose 33women (11 in specific recall training, 11 in control group) were selected through available sampling and were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups. The intervention group received 7 sessions of specific recall training and control group did not receive any treatment. Data was collected by Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale. Pre-test and post- test were applied. To analyze the data, the analysis of covariance was applied.sig.30333 Result: The analysis of covariance demonstrated there is a significant (p <30331) support of the effectiveness of specific recall training on self- steem. Conclusion: The findings showed that specific recall training has significant effect on self- steem.
