چکیده مقاله:

Today managers for organizational success should accept multiple roles that requireinstruction of specific skills. This issue especially is much more important in health caresystems that are responsible for improving the health of people. Therefore, this study aimedto determine triple managerial skills in Midwifery managers of state's Medical SciencesUniversities.Method:This study was descriptive and data collection method was cross-sectional. The subjects inthis study included members of the Board of Midwifery and Reproductive Health, Midwiferybachelors and midwifery faculty members in the field of health care in the country's eightuniversities of medical sciences. Collecting information was performed through demographiccharacteristics questionnaires, self-made questionnaire of triple skills of management.Validity and reliability determined through content validity and Cronbach's alpha coefficient( 0/ 885)and test results evaluated and analyzed by inferential statistics (ANOVA, KruskalWallis test) which p <0 05 was considered significant.Results:The results of this study showed that in each section of knowledge prioritization of the skillsin the views of managers includes: the human-relation skills (MR =5/69 ), technical skills(MR =31/50) and theoretical- cognitive skills (MR =57/47 ). Also prioritization of skills fromthe perspective of the study population in importance section was respectively the humanrelation skills (MR =23/82 ), technical skills (MR =57/76 ) and theoretical-cognitive skills(MR =47/75).Discussion:According to the survey results, the importance of human-relation skills in all hierarchy andcategories of management is one of the essential managers' tasks in order to promoteorganizations in efficient and effective achievement of their goals
