چکیده مقاله:

The important thing is to try and shape the nature of competition to take control over your own destiny. Porter considers thecompetitiveness as the result of engagement and interaction of four main factors: 1- Factor conditions; 2- Demand conditions; 3- Relatedand supporting industries; 4- Firm strategy, structure and rivalry. According to Porter, these four factors have a reciprocal influence oneach other and changes can be effective in terms of other factors for each of them. Therefore, we introduced the basic concepts ofcompetitiveness in this paper and proposed Porter's diamond model that is one of the most important theories in competitiveness. Hopethis study will be a plan for future researches in competitiveness field and understanding its conceptual models.
