Investigation into the relationship between the individual Performance of knowledge management with the aghadeh city high schoolmale teachers

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the components of the transformation process of knowledge management's performance of male teachers is tinsel city. The research method is descriptive and correlation. Data include 26- item questionnaire response packet for KM and the 28 item questionnaire responses, depending on the model's performance measure used Ayyv. Our findings indicate thatdifferent aspects of knowledge management process of socialization, externalizing, and internalizing composition is correlated with individual performance.
