Solving Infinite-Horizon Optimal Control Problems using Haar Wavelet

In this paper, we consider infinite-horizon optimal control problems. First, by a suitable change of variable we transform the problem to a finite-horizon nonlinear optimal control problem. Then the problem is solvedby means of the direct method using the Haar wavelets. The accuracy of the presented method is demonstrated by an illustrative example
