چکیده مقاله:

In this paper an electrochemical sensor in biological media has been presented for rapid and specified detectionof dipicolinic acid (DPA) by using Molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles (MIPs). For this purpose glassycarbon electrode which is modified by Molecularly imprinted polymer nanoparticles (MIPs) was used. Cyclicvoltammetry test and differential pulse voltammetry by modified glassy carbon electrod for diffrent concentrationsof depicolinic acid in span of 10-2-10-12 M was done and calibration curve was fitted. Also, effect of variousfactors such as tempreture and pH on function of sensor was examined and in continuation basic parameters ofsensor such as selectivity, minimun amount of detection and extent of separability were obtained. the obtainedresults show that this sensor can be used for detection of dipicolinic acid in biological media.
